West County Family Law - Attorney Sally Rajnoha
Sally's practice focuses on family law, primarily dealing with divorce issues such as child custody,
child support and maintenance (alimony) and Probate.
Sally achieved her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri – St. Louis which
provided her with the additional tools and counseling skills necessary to understand and deal with the unique
emotional demands inherent in a family law practice.
Sally emphasizes the importance of settlement and works hard to assist her clients in reaching agreement on
all issues because she strongly believes this alleviates much of the stress brought on by court appearances
and trial. She further believes that an amicable divorce is always preferable, especially when there are
children, and increases the chance of harmonious co-parenting in the future. Her compassion and empathy
helps to heal her clients who often come to her in a highly emotional state. She attempts to resolve their case
as quickly as possible to reduce trauma to the family members. If this is not possible, she can and will
aggressively represent her clients at trial.
Additionally, Sally handles Wills, Trusts and Probate Administration in St. Louis County, City, and the
surrounding counties. She also works in traffic and criminal state and municipal matters such as possession of
marijuana, DWI, and traffic tickets.
Sally gives back to the community through her mentoring of paralegal and law students as well as high school
students who are interested in pursuing a legal career.
